VERUM PLC is a corporation owning 100% of the shares of Verum Build Ltd., Verum Consult Ltd., Verum Clinical Ltd. and Revolution Technologies Ltd.

Each of the four companies has a diferrent activity which at the same time is support of the business of the other companies.
